Donation

We want to help those patients who have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, but who do not have the financial wherewithal to purchase CPAP equipment. Their untreated sleep apnea is negatively affecting their lives and they would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to receive CPAP therapy.

The Better Sleep Foundation would appreciate your help. Our main purpose is to accept CPAP equipment donated by those individuals who have discontinued therapy, or who have upgraded their equipment … and to make such equipment available to qualified individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford therapy.

We accept all donations, and provide an official tax receipt for the equipment that is in good operating condition where we are able to establish a fair market value of that equipment. As you may have noticed, there really is no active re-sale market for used CPAP equipment, but we do our best to establish a value, and then provide a tax receipt for the donor. (We are able to provide such a receipt because we are a non-profit organization, registered with the federal government.)

We are looking for:

• CPAP machines
• BiPAP machines
• CPAP heated humidifiers and Passover humidifiers
• Masks in very good condition.

Cash donations would also be gratefully accepted.
